Welcome to Casa de la Abuela, and thank you for staying in our home!

Gorgeous remodel on Playa Encanto! 5 minute walk to Encantame Towers for dining! Smooth sand and a quiet beach for your pleasure. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home that has been recently remodeled and enhanced to accent all of the unique design. Charming Mexican tile throughout home! All bedrooms have their own bathroom as well as built in night stands, cabinets, and storage. Bathrooms are spacious and large and gorgeous! All beachfront patios have ample outdoor seating for dining and entertainment. Large built-in palapa with charcoal BBQ provided.

Kitchen is open and stocked well with large pantry and adjacent laundry room with ample storage and cabinet space. All cabinetry in home are custom built and made out of native landscape.

Smart TV in living room and master bedroom, games, books and of course, the beautiful beach and ocean for endless entertainment. WIFI provided.

Please note that this home is NOT inside the Playa Encanto guard gate and although has a home next door, the remainder of the subdivision is not being developed for now.
